Predicting the Top - 4

In our new series, we try to analyze and predict the results of the remaining fixtures of Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton and find out who will qualify for the Champions League next season and who will miss out.

We start with Tottenham Hotspur today.

Tottenham Hotspur –

Spurs have been riding on the back of some scintillating performances from Gareth Bale this season. He has almost singlehandedly propelled them to 3rd place in the Premier League with 16 goals under his belt. Andre Villas Boas has given him a free role this season and he certainly seems to be enjoying every moment of it.

Having lost to Liverpool last weekend which ended their club record streak of 12 unbeaten matches, Villas Boas knows he has a tough task ahead of him if he wants to finish the season in the Top – 4. With Chelsea only 2 points behind having a game in hand, they cannot breathe easy yet.
So, let us have a look at their upcoming fixtures and try and estimate their points tally, come the end of the season.
But before that, here are some stats that might help us predict the results –
